For fun, friendship and fitness

There is no better pastime than Scottish Country Dancing - we hope you will come along and give it a try. You don't have to be Scottish and you don't need a partner - we all take turns to dance with each other and it is sociable as well as good exercise.

RSCDS Cheshire Branch's classes are held on Wednesday evenings from September through to May / June at Tarporley Community Centre.

In addition to our regular teaching classes, we arrange a number of dances and Day Schools for various levels of expertise. Our New Year Ball is the high spot of our calendar.

Our Wednesday classes are suitable for all levels:

	7.00 - 8.00 p.m. Basic Steps and Techniques - beginners are welcome to join our 'early birds' session at any time during the year. Those with some experience also appreciate the opportunity to work on and perfect the basics.
	8.00 - 8.50 p.m. General dancing - our beginners integrate with the general class very quickly and the more experienced dancers are always willing to help.
	9.00 - 10.00 p.m. More advanced dancing - a more challenging session for those with more experience, but all are welcome to stay and watch. Sooner or later, you'll join in!
